What can I say! Teresa in service is awesome and looked after my f150 since new, so we decided to trade it in for something smaller so I went in and talked to Bryce. He was professional and patient He got us a beauty Bronco Sport. He gave us a great deal by us waiting and him watching. From the Service,parts and Sales has been a great experience and professional. We were glad to finally have an SVT Ford Dealership close to home as we have always been a fan of Raptors and Shelbys. It’s our first time buying at Taylor Ford tho so we naturally visited their website to learn more about their dealership and their staff. We chose Gavin as our salesperson. My husband and I even joked between the two of us like, do you think he can handle it? Gavin would know what this means haha but to share a bit, our transaction with Taylor Ford was not a cookie cutter nor simple but THEY DELIVERED. We highly recommend Taylor Ford! even more, we highly recommend Gavin as a salesman if you are coming in to Taylor Ford to buy a vehicle! Hubby and I were very pleased with our experience! Phoned the service dept. to get a quote on a simple transmission service...remove pan, change filter and refill (to replace what drained out) with new fluid. I did NOT want a total flush. Every other Ford dealer had quoted between $340 and $480. The service advisor (Darren?) called me back and said the service would cost a 'minimum' (his words) of $850. I know they would have found a way to charge more by fabricating a lie of some sort to jack the price up. Watch out for these cheaters. They talk in a nice rural-friendly way to gain your trust because their goal is to rip you off for a lot of money. This is the type of dealer in the news who overcharges you and then, knowing you are gullible, doesn't even perform the work. They know there is no way for a customer to check if this kind of service has been performed. The customer has to trust the mechanic and dealership and I would NEVER trust this dealership for anything. We're getting the same service done for $340 at a different Ford dealer and that dealer is installing a brand NEW gasket even though the OE gasket is re-useable.

My favorite dealership. Gavin was so patient and helped me get my new Ford Edge. And he's been great ever since. The whole team at Taylor Ford makes you feel like you're more than a sale. Even Service is great. Jodi always helps me get what I need. Worth a few minutes more of a drive. And the lightning lane for Oil Changes is perfect when you need to get in and get out. My new go to shop for all things Ford.

I picked up my preowned Ford Fusion yesterday. The whole experience of purchasing was very smooth. Actually excellent. While I met several very nice people there the credit has to go to Janice. From our first conversation to my driving away in my Ford Fusion it was as if she could read my mind. She thought of everything and she guided me through all the new gadgets that have come along since my last car that I purchased eleven years ago. You are very lucky to have Janice on board. I took my vehicle to get serviced to show my support as they were so generously giving a portion of their Lightning Lane fees to the local food bank. Kudos TFord! Brandon was very courteous and open with the details my vehicle needed. He checked in with me as I waited in their comfortable spacious waiting area. Overall, 5 stars to the team at Taylor Ford for their efforts in helping the community and providing friendly professional service.

I was so excited for the new Lighting Lane! Finally a place in town where I could drive in with no appointment to have my oil changed, think of the time I would save. So I went in, they were friendly and fast! A bit pricey but with a "free" car wash it wasn't so bad. After the oil change , something was not quite right since my vehicle was leaking oil for a couple of days before I noticed, which resulted in a giant oil stain on my driveway, likely a hole will be taking its place. So I took it back, immediately which was half an hour before closing. They quickly took me in and "tightened" a few things, I was told if it's still leaking it's something else. I specifically asked if the oil pan and filter were secure, the manager assured me that it was. Two days later still leaking. My husband took it back this time, again they were so friendly even washed the oil off and did another complete oil change! However, it was still leaking so he took it to another garage to see what needed to be done. The oil pan bolt was two threads away from falling off. It was tightened by the other garage and not drip has dropped since.
